William Martin
CeMAP, DipFA
William's clients are made up of Business Owners Directors, Managing Directors & Partners from Accountancy, Law, Private Equity firms and contractors in the IT industry. Many do not have the time due to work and family commitments, nor the expertise, experience and resources to ensure that their financial well-being is being well looked after consistently year after year.
William makes sure his clients have a solid financial plan for either personal affairs or their business that is regularly reviewed which allows them to re-stratagise if markets or personal circumstances change.

In his spare time William spends his time with his family, especially with his two children. When he gets a chance he enjoys watching sport and occasionally gets to go on the golf course!

Georgina Nettleton
Financial Planner
Georgina provides tailored Financial Planning to individuals, business owners and the agricultural sector, to help them maximise tax optimisation, protect against risk and maximise wealth.
She wants every person to have the peace of mind knowing their finances are in order, and provides personalised advice and strategies to help them build towards their goals, whether it is:
- Building wealth.
- Planning for retirement.
- Managing investments.
- Protecting against risk for yourself, your family and your business.
Her mission is to take the stress out of financial decision - ensuring you can focus on what matters to you most, and aims to utilise her expertise to help people and businesses navigate the complexities of their finances with confidence and ease. As a Financial Planner, she has satisfied rigorous criteria relating to professional qualifications and ethical good practice.
Outside of work, Georgina spends a lot of time in the outdoors and on the farm, and enjoys exercising whether it be running, biking or swimming.
Christine Stanton
Operations Manager
As the operations manager and executive assistant at Southover Wealth, Christine provides comprehensive support to financial planners in their day-to-day activities. This includes ensuring the smooth running of all back-office tasks for clients and their respective advisers, such as submitting business, tracking metrics, liaising with clients and compiling data.
In her spare time, she enjoys travelling, theatre and music festivals.
Kirill Nikitin
Associate
Kirill joined Southover Wealth in 2024, having spent three years working in a family office and running a small business of his own. As a trainee Financial Adviser, he works closely with William, assisting in client documentation, analysis, and admin as well as preparing for advisory exams.
Kirill loves travelling, playing football and padel, and going skiing.
Louis Payne
Operations Associate
As the operations associate at Southover Wealth, Louis' role is to provide support to financial planners wherever possible. Often this involves working with client documentation and ensuring we have sufficient information back from providers so the respective advisers can give guidance on clients’ financial situations.
Outside of work, Louis enjoys walking his dogs and participating in sports such as football and golf.
